Icelandic Photographer Páll Stefánsson at the Canadian Museum of Nature, Ottawa from May 7 to July 1, 2002
Beginning May 7, 2002, Museum of Nature will present the exhibition "Iceland: Land of the Vikings". The exhibition will be on display trough July 1, 2002 at Museum of Nature, Ottawa.
Iceland: Land of the Vikings, featuring photographs by one of Iceland's foremost photographers, Páll Stefánsson. Born in 1958, Páll studies photography in Sweden and then became a professional photographer and picture editor for Iceland Review. Travelling all over Iceland on assignment, he has captured the beauty of the country in his delicate, clear and precise photographs. In his pictures, one can hear the silence of the wilderness.
