Blue Planet summary: An intergalactic traveling salesman crashes onto a small planet inhabited only by children. Soon he teaches them to fly, nails the sun to the sky and chases away all the rain. Their non-stop fun, fun, fun seems perfect until the kids discover its impact on the other side of the planet. A captivating and subtle adventure based on one of the most popular Icelandic children books in recent years. On the Blue Planet there are no adults, only wild children.

One day an extremely entertaining salesman from outer space, Jolly Goodday, lands on the planet. He teaches the children how to fly by flicking the dust off butterflies' wings, fixes the sun to the sky with a large nail, and covers the children with teflon wonder stuff so that they do not need to bathe any more in the great waterfall. But two children are swept by the wind to the other side of the Blue Planet, where now darkness reigns. A perilous adventure ensues, where the childrens' friendship and ingenuity are put to the test as never before.
