múm performs at the Sixth and I Historic Synagogue in Washington D.C. on November 7
The Icelandic band múm will perform at the Sixth and I Historic Synagogue on November 7. Múm is now touring the US and Canada and the concert in D.C. will be the band’s sixth of nine concerts their North American tour. múm recently released their fourth album, “Go, go smear the poison ivy”. Recorded at a variety of locations, including the music school in the small fishing town of Ísafjörður in the west fjords of Iceland, the album marks a new direction in the band’s music. múm is presently a duo, consisting of Örvar Þóreyjarson Smárason and Gunnar Örn Tynes.
