Meeting with Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of State
Mrs. Ingibjörg Sólrún Gísladóttir, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iceland met Dr. Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of State, in Washington D.C. on April 11, 2008. The ministers discussed, among other things, foreign affairs issues in general, including security and defense, regional cooperation in the Arctic, opportunities to increase the trade between the countries and how women can contribute to the peace process in the world.
